Introduction To Fishing With Planer Boards

This four hour seminar is a basic introduction to trolling while utilizing planer boards. Planer boards allow you to cover a large swath of water at various depths and speeds, by trolling multiple lure and bait presentations away from your vessel's motor noise. This is an excellent presentation technique for after ice out salmon, rainbows and lake trout, as well as summer time walleye, bass and northern pike.

Boards can be applied in both lakes and rivers. The seminar will cover the many aspects of the equipment used inlcuding vessel rigging, types of rods, reels, lines, lures and streamer fly presentations for targeted species.
