Introduction to Fish Processing- Vergennes VT

Learn the basics for fish processing and cooking in this hands-on course. Filleting and cleaning techniques will be shown in addition to at least two cooking methods. Fish will be provided and there will be ample time to practice the skills covered.

Program will cover ecology, knot tying, fish identification, regulations, equipment and much more. Participants will leave the program with the skills they need to feel confident fishing on their own. All equipment will be provided.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn how to clean and fillet there catch! Fish will be provided so participants can learn the technique in a hands on environment.
