These permits can be purchased for $10
Hunters must register with the Harvest Information Program (HIP)
Hunters must have a standard hunting license in order to purchase an add-on archery deer hunting license
The youth hunter must have a Vermont hunting license and must be accompanied by an unarmed adult, 18 years of age or older, who also has a Vermont hunting license.
