Deer Processing

This seminar covers field dressing, skinning and processing a deer. There will be a short cooking portion of the seminar, and everyone will be able to sample venison. Dress for the weather, as we will do the field dressing portion outside. This seminar is taught by Rodney and Theresa Elmer.
