Field-to-Fork: Barre Cooking Seminar

Interested in cooking the fish you caught? Ever wonder what deer or bear meat tastes like? Wild game is nutritious, sustainable, and rooted in Vermont. Participants will prepare different recipes and sample each dish as we learn more about cooking with wild-caught food at the Barry Fish & Game Club. It's time to add some wild game meat to your local, seasonal diet!
