From Pond to Plate

The Castleton Free Library invites you to a Virtual Program hosted by local angler, Joe Mark and VT Fish & Wildlife Fisheries Biologist, Shawn Good.

We are fortunate to live in a state full of bountiful lakes, ponds, and streams. In a collaborative program, fisheries biologist Shawn Good and local resident and angler Joe Mark will discuss where and how to catch fish in the greater Castleton area. They’ll talk about the region’s bodies of water, the fish species that they hold, and techniques and equipment used to catch them. The program will conclude with an opportunity for questions from attendees.
