March Public Deer & Moose Hearings Postponed

MONTPELIER, Vt. – The Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department announced today that the public hearings scheduled for the month of March have been postponed to encourage social distancing and to avoid the spread of COVID-19. The meetings affected are the following: 

- March 19 – St. Johnsbury Academy, Black Box Theatre, 1000 Main Street, St. Johnsbury
- March 23 – Middlebury Union Middle School, 48 Deerfield Lane, Middlebury
- March 24, 2020 – Williamstown Middle High School, 120 Hebert Road, Williamstown
- March 26, 2020 – Putney Central School, 182 Westminster Road, Putney

Hunters, landowners and anyone else interested in deer and moose should check for updates on the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department website (www.vtfishandwildlife.com).
