Fishing Clinic

Learn the basics of targeting brown trout utilizing tip-ups during this hands-on clinic. Ice safety, regulations, techniques and more will be covered before participants have a chance to try out their new skill. Equipment is provided. Participants should plan to dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

This is a two-part class, part one will be held at the Swanton Rec center from 6-8pm on January 23rd. During part 1 participants will learn about: tip ups, ice safety, staying warm and other ice fishing basics. Part 2 will be on Saturday the 25th of January, from 8am-4pm.

This hands-on clinic will primarily focus on the techniques and skills needed to be successful targeting trout through the ice. Topics such as safety, equipment, and techniques will be covered.
